T. Christian North, Ph.D., is CEO and co-founder of Catalyst Consulting Group and has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, counseling and speaking. He has conducted strategic planning sessions, retreat facilitation, leadership training, management team building and a variety of seminars. He has assisted entrepreneurial companies to position themselves for maximum acquisition value. He has helped to maximize the performance of companies after acquisition. He has gained strong recognition for his executive consulting and coaching. Dr. North is also a sport psychology consultant and has consulted with a variety of world champion athletes, Olympic athletes, University of Colorado teams and U.S.A. national teams. Dr. North understands high performance and has coached hundreds of businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, athletes and teams to levels of performance that sometimes exceeded their expectations. Dr. North received his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado in education/sport psychology. Andrew L. Braun, MBA, is a senior consultant for Catalyst Consulting Group. Mr. Braun has a successful track record providing management consultation to businesses, with a special emphasis on business planning, change management, quality improvement and alignment of internal operations with the needs and expectations of customers. He was a hospital administrator, and he developed and managed medical group practices. He worked for a Fortune 500 Company and a regional council of governments. Mr. Braun has 15 years of experience as a management consultant, as well as 15 years of experience as chief executive officer of several small and midsize companies. Jodi L. King, MS, is a senior consultant and trainer for Catalyst Consulting Group. She is a highly skilled facilitator and an exceptional experiential team builder. She consults regularly in the areas of quality management, leadership, team building and organizational development. Much of her work focuses on developing strong leadership in a team-based work environment. Ms. King is known for her highly interactive approach to training and has led hundreds of managers through leadership activities based on the Outward Bound model of experiential learning. Clients have described her style as energetic, hands-on, empowering and results-oriented. Nina Friedman, MS, is a senior consultant for Catalyst Consulting Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in career counseling and outplacement services. Ms. Friedman has successfully assisted hundreds of business people at all levels to make satisfying career modifications. She helped them create fulfilling career goals and write effective resumes, and she assisted them with their interviewing and job search skills. Her areas of expertise include career and organizational development, personality strength analysis, team building and transitions. In companies, her work increases employee effectiveness in achieving organizational goals and empowers employees to work more productively, both individually and in teams. Don Van Winkle is a senior consultant for Catalyst Consulting Group. He helps companies improve their financial performance by providing objective financial assessments, reviews and recommendations. He also serves select clients as their contract chief financial officer. He has served as CEO, COO and CFO in different organizations. Mr. Van Winkle has also been the vice president of commercial lending for United Bank of Boulder. He had direct responsibility for a $15 million commercial loan portfolio and the creation and implementation of the Small Business Banking Group, which catered to small and midsize companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in banking, consulting and directing companies. Specific areas of expertise include business finance, profit and loss statement management, executive strategy and cash access/management.
